According to Mayor Eric Adams, crime declined nearly 24 percent in March, although recent statistics do show that overall arrests are up nearly 53 percent. But for many New Yorkers, whatever the number show, they still fear for their safety. Mayor Adams spoke with FOX 5 NY about the latest crime statistics.
