Recipe:
Chicken legs – 2 pcs.
Chicken seasonings (if available)
Hello everyone, friends!
Today I will cook delicious rice porridge with chicken in the oven.
The recipe is simple, tasty and healthy.
Fill the rice with water and set aside for now.
Onion 1/2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Rinse the rice well
Vegetable oil (I use olive) - 2 tbsp. (30-40 ml)
Salt - 1/2 tsp. (to your liking)
Pepper mixture 1/4 tsp. (to your liking)
Boiling water 500-600 ml
Dried garlic - 1/3 tsp. ( optional)
Bake at 200°C for about 45-60 minutes (until the rice has absorbed all the liquid).
Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
The supper is ready!
It is advisable to stir before serving.
