Ford announced the 2021 F-150 recently, and while it's not available for sale yet, we were invited to check out a pre-production 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum at National Harbor in Maryland. The 2021 F-150 was powered by Ford's PowerBoost hybrid drivetrain, which combines the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 to a hybrid system, providing increased fuel economy, power, and generator connections for 120V and 240V items in the truck bed. Other notable features include the 12" Sync 4 touchscreen and infotainment, the electronically-folding shift lever, and fold-out work surface.
