In " Army of the Dead " an infection takes hold after a quarantine breach which releases an alpha into Las Vegas. After the battle was lost and entire area was walled off, a team is sent in to retrieve money in a vault that was lost to a businessman. However, judging by what we see currently transpiring within the walls of Las vegas, its clear this is not just a normal outbreak.
