What you will be needing
1 9-inch pie crust
1 15oz can 100% pumpkin purée
3 large beaten eggs at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk not sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup nestle crema or heavy cream
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

If you enjoy a flaky crust on the bottom you can line the inside of your pie crust with foil or parchment paper and fill half way with pie weights or or dry beans and pre bake for 20 minutes at 375F. if you have a pizza stone to pre heat that would be even better for browning the bottom of the crust if not a pre heated baking sheet will work, then remove from oven and fill with pumpkin filling and bake approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour at 375F a toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean when done …Enjoy and please subscribe ❗️❤️
