In this video I tired different methods of soundproofing a room from using 13mm noiseline gib/plasterboard to gib rails and building a floating wall with insulation. At the beginning I didn't achieve the result that I wanted and there was still a lot of noise in the room. Unfortunately I didn't have access to green glue or using MLV (mass loaded vinyl). If you want to stop the noise and achieve noise reduction in your room this is worth a watch. I used a soundmeter app during the entire process to show the progress of each method.
