My name is Byron and this is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV RS!!
It’s all electric and it’s Motor trend’s SUV of 2024.

I’m here in Del Mar California where I’ll be driving from Seaside to Summit and getting to experience this EV out in the real world.

About a year and a half ago I went up to a studio in Michigan to film the blazer SS but that review was purely stationary.
Today we get to drive, the RS, and I’ll be excited to drive the SS too when that comes out in the future

As always we will take a look at the exterior, the interior and then go for a drive.

Total MSRP starts at $60,215 for the RS

Let’s take a closer look.

Up front you get full LED lighting on all models

The LT is monochromatic across the front.

But on the RS and the SS you get a full center light bar and illuminated bowtie.

You have a black-painted grille panel and lower fascia.

You get the same on the SS, but the front end is a bit more aggressive.

It’s very geometric and has a sporty look because it gives the appearance that it is providing air flow. But this is all solid through here.

At the profile of this mid size ev you get sporty flow-through rocker moldings and also 21 inch wheels. 19s on the LT and 22s on the SS. I like the charging port area. It kind of reminds me like the side intake on my Z06 where I have the badging. I do like how the SS is blacked out on the upper portion as it seems to really make the car feel much lower and longer, but this is still sleek.

Spacious because you don’t have a transmission tunnel or front engine.
