Today I’m comparing the Peak Average Sales Price for many Florida Housing Markets Year over Year. I will be taking the highest average monthly sales price for single family homes in 2022 and comparing it to the highest monthly average sales price for 2023. The results may surprise you.
All data sourced from the Florida Realtors Sunstats.
