Is there a planet x affecting objects in the Kuiper Belt or are the current solar system planets all there is? Does our history of planet hunting in the outer solar system help point us as to where we should look for this 9th planet?

The video also highlights a speculative hypothesis some scientists have made as to what may be causing gravitational issues in the kuiper Belt and consequently creating strange orbits of some kuiper belt objects.
