Mercedes-Benz GLB is a small SUV, which slots between the GLA and GLC. In terms of dimensions the GLB is close to the GLC. However the GLB is offered with smaller engines, and AWD is optional (standard on GLC). Moreover the GLB can be ordered as a 7-seater, which is a nod towards families with children.

The Mercedes-Benz GLB X247 shares a lot of components with the A-Class, B-Class, CLA and GLA. As standard it is offered with FWD. More powerful variants can be ordered with the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.
