Quick picture/ video montage of an oil change of the 2019 F48 X1. Took about 45 minutes for the whole thing. Not counting driving around to warm up the oil.

You can literally save hundreds of dollars doing this yourself if you’re handy. I’ve been working on my cars for over two decades. I dislike waiting a whole day for something that literally takes less than an hour.

In the end, for me it’s not about the money, but the time saved. Time is worth more than money to me!!!

The oil you can find at any local parts store and same with the filter. You can buy OEM from the dealership or online stores.
