TACKLING AND ATTACKING ACTIVITY 2

In this activity from Steven Poacher's Coaching Clinic in Newry (on Wed 19th of Jan, 2022) lines up the players each side of the goal in 2s....a forward vs a defender.
They set off away from the scoring goal at the same time while a player the other side of this reduced pitch kicks a ball towards either of the two forwards.
The forwards then have to turn and work a score....simple but very match
realistic.
If the defenders win possession they try to score a goal the far side.
