In this video, Dr. Jon Saunders will show you how to fix mid-back (thoracic spine) pain in 3 easy movements. You will instantly feel relief of your mid-back stiffness and pain.

While this will help those with middle back pain, you will find loosening up your mid-back will also help relieve neck pain, shoulder stiffness, muscle knots, and even low back pain, as the thoracic spine connects and influences both the neck and low back.

Please do the movements in the order shown - 1. Stretch 2. Exercise 3. Traction - for best results in getting rid of your mid-back pain and stiffness. This can be done 3 times per day and it only takes minutes. It is the perfect break to get up from behind your desk. :)
