Cutting stickers, decals, and heat transfer vinyl is quick and easy to do with the MH vinyl Cutter from USCutter.

Loading in your material is easy and the MH can work with Rolls, sheets, and material on carrier sheets.
There is a measuring tape attached to the front of the machine with markings that allow you to easily line up the material for straight tracking and uses movable pinch rollers to hold down the materials across multiple points for accurate cutting.
The MH’s key pad and digital display make adjusting speed, pressure and adjusting the origin point easier than ever.
On the default screen you just need to use the arrow keys to adjust the MH’s speed and pressure settings.
To move the position of the blade and media you just need to press the offline/pause button and then you will see the X Y appear on screen and then you can use the arrows to move the blade carriage left and right and the up and down arrows to move the media.
Moving the media up and down once it’s been loaded in is the best way to ensure that it’s loaded in straight and won’t skewer to the side.
To exit this mode and set the origin point we just need to press the origin button. Pressing the Offline/Pause button again will return the blade carriage back to the original origin point. Pressing either button will take us back to the default screen with the speed and pressure and now we want to press the test cut button.
This will activate the MH and it will try to perform the test cut in your material. If your blade depth and speed and pressure settings are correct you will get a nice cut that is easy to weed.
After your test cut you want to reset your origin point above the test cut and then make your way over to the computer.
Once inside Vinyl Master you want to select the objects you want to cut and then move your mouse up to the STATIC TOOL BAR up top and click on the BLADE TOOL icon and a drop down menu will appear with the 3 options in it and we want to select the CENTER option SEND TO CUTTER
This will bring up the SEND TO BE CUT pop up window and inside of it you can select your model of cutter, mirror your image for cutting HTV and many other things, but for this example cut onto Outdoor Adhesive vinyl we are going to select the ABOSOLUTE box so that it doesn’t start cutting at the origin point, but at the position I placed it on the design screen in the center of the roll.
With the test cut complete and our roll or sheet of material is loaded on nice and straight we can press the CUT NOW button to be greeted with the VINYL SPOOLER and a final confirmation button asking if we want to PROCEED WITH CUTTING?
Clicking Yes should start your MH cutter and once the machine has stopped your design will be cut and ready to weed!
