We’ve previously looked at the significance of the circadian rhythm research when it comes to eating dinner before 6pm but we haven’t looked at the timings of when to eat breakfast and in this video we’re going to look at an intriguing study that found the time not to eat breakfast as researchers found it raised the risk of getting a certain disease by a whopping 59%.
