He emphasizes the importance of building relationships and being adaptable in conversations. Benjamin also discusses his process for following up with leads and staying in touch with potential clients. He advises new agents to pick up the phone and get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Benjamin's final words of advice are to keep things simple, work hard, and not to overthink things.
