3 aubergines 1kg
Water and salt
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Mozzarella fior di latte 150-200g
Basil leaves




COOKING TIMES:
1st cooking: Bake the aubergines at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
2nd Cooking: Bake everything at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
