Sex and Sexual Health. So important, yet so hard to talk about. It shouldn't be this way, we talk about so many things that are good for our brains, but I can't think of a single time someone has suggested, sex, orgasms, and sexual health for Parkinson's. You can care for your sexual health and not be sexually active. Sex, orgasms, and Parkinson's are all complicated subjects, but after watching a lecture on Sexuality & Parkinson's some questions and thoughts came to mind and I share them with you in this video.
