cocoa: 50 g (1.8 oz)
sugar: 200 g (7.1 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
yolk: 1 pc
milk: 400 ml (14 fl oz)
milk: 1 l (34 pt)
butter: 100 g (3.5 oz)
dried plums: 200 g (7.1 oz)
The glaze:
dark chocolate: 250 g (8.8 oz)
whipping cream: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
