Materials
125g butter
1 tea glass of oil
1 tea glass of yoghurt
1 egg
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vinegar
5 tablespoons of semolina
3 cups flour

For the sherbet
2.5 glasses of water
2.5 cups of sugar
a slice of lemon

for inside
1 cup of walnuts
