I had the opportunity to attend a Ford dealer meeting where I got a closer look at the 2022 Ford Maverick! The first one I showcase is a Maverick Lariat trim level, all-wheel drive in Cyber Orange. What's nice about the Maverick is that it is built off the Escape and Bronco Sport C2 platform. Another thing that I like about this vehicle is that it's the perfect size for driving around a city yet still has plenty of bed space. I believe that this truck is perfect for a consumer who needs bed space for simple yard work or companies who need a little more space than what a car or sedan can provide. On the inside of the vehicle, it is equipped with one of my favorite features, auto hold. This means that if I come to a stoplight and let my foot off of the brake, the truck will hold me in place until I press the gas again. It also has dual climate control and an LCD screen. The back seat is slightly smaller than what I would prefer but has a feature that allows for plenty of headroom. It features a household standard outlet, USBC, and USBA outlet as well. I did not get a great look at the engine but embedded a photo into the video. What do you think of the new Ford Maverick?
