In this video we look in details at Linear Finance and the LINA token, including the staking rewards. This platform has seen a lot of attention recently as a potential Synthetix competitor running on Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum, and eventually Polkadot too. Today we cover the LINA token and why it could increase in value, as well as the platform itself with a full demo and tutorial for beginners who want to know to use Linear. Also explained are debt and Liquid values, along with P-Ration and what it takes to remain above the key 500 level.

The Linear Finance platform is comprised of the Linear Builder, the Linear Exchange and the Linear Swap tool. Using these three components users can stake LINA tokens and build LUSD - the native stable coin of the Linear Exchange - which is then used to purchased synthetic assets, called Liquids.

The Linear Finance staking rewards are particularly impressive once LINA tokens have been staked. At the time this video was created the Linear Exchange staking APY is around 80%. Users earn LINA tokens distributed weekly by the team to stakers, as well as LUSD tokens generated by transaction fees on the exchange itself.

After transitioning to Binance Smart Chain (BSC) crypto users have found Linear to be a faster and easy to use competitor to Synthetix. Currently on the day this video was made the Linear Finance market cap is below 100M, while Synthetix has a 3.6B market cap. If linear can acquire users and traders at a good rate it will be interesting to see how they compare to other solutions such as Synthetix in the future. While I don't have a specific Linear Finance price prediction, I can see a clear path ahead for the market cap to increase.

The LINA crypto token itself has promising tokenomics, with users needing tokens for collateral on the exchange. Rewards for buying, staking and building LUSD are very attractive.

Personally I've invested in Linear Finance and am staking LINA tokens. Hopefully this video will show you why I feel the exchange and token has a positive future ahead - especially when the Polkadot cross-chain launch happens later in 2021.
