Camp Hollywood is an annual swing dance workshop/social dance/competition/fun-fest held on Labor Day weekend at the LAX Marriott. This year (2014) the people who put this event on encouraged attendees who are also musicians to bring their instruments and jam by the pool on a couple of the afternoons. This video is a snippet of the first day's jam. The second day included luminaries such as Jonathan Stout (my swing guitar hero), and everyone who was there both days was a great player. The gentleman who shot this video, Chris Reed, was kind enough to send it to me to edit and let me publish it. His family's company makes a component that goes into the fine guitar amplifiers made by Quilter, and that's how the product placement happened.
