Warroad, Minn., is a small town located in the northern most part of the state just across the Canadian border. It's a place with a deep history in the game of ice hockey. Host Mike Max talks with hometown legend Henry Boucha. A member of the 1972 Olympic team, Henry was drafted by the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and received the esteemed honor of Rookie of the Year in 72-73. The following season he was traded to the North Stars, and shortly after, he was involved in the highly publicized "stick incident" with Dave Forbes of the Boston Bruins, which left Henry with limited vision in his right eye. While this career-ending injury spiraled Henry into depression, learn how his native Ojibwe (Chippewa) culture helped bring him back to wholeness.
