Intense and overwhelming emotions, 'so agonising, it feels like being electrocuted'. This is how Rosie describes life with borderline personality disorder (BPD).

Not, it’s not like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde 🙃BPD symptoms include emotional instability, impulsive behaviour and intense but unstable relationships with others. It’s often misdiagnosed.

This makes it more difficult to access support services. But, of course, difficult emotions don’t stop at 5pm.

So when Rosie felt alone, social media gave her a lifeline. She’s now helping others feel less lonely ❤️
