Here's a short video showing you how to keep your vehicle on and idle longer than 20 minutes when you walk away so your pets or passengers are comfortable until you return.

Stopping the Power System | Stopping the Engine (from the owners manual)
The power mode will automatically turn to VEHICLE OFF about 20 minutes after the following conditions have been met:

-A door has been opened, such as when leaving the vehicle
-The transmission is in (P) Park
-The driver's seat belt is not fastened

If you want to keep your vehicle on and idling longer on these following year models below, you have to do the following steps. I will try to update this list as time goes on to further help in the future.
