Dragoon Mountains - Free Dispersed Camping/Boondocking Coronado National Forest - Arizona - I spent a week in the Dragoon Mountains which is part of the Coronado National Forest. This spot is situated approximately 12 miles from Tombstone Arizona, which afforded me the opportunity to visit the OK Corral and witness the re-enactment of the OK Corral shootout. While exploring the Dragoon's, I got to hike out to the Council Rocks and explore that historical spot. Dragoon Mountains was an great spot to dispersed camp with lots of history surrounding the area to include the Apache Cochise stronghold. Thanks for watching folks!
