When deciding on where do buy iPhone screens, you want to be able to have a vendor that is able to offer a quality part, at an affordable price to ensure that you don't need to do the repair again. Today I compiled a list of 5 different vendors in which I have personally sourced parts from in the past ranked from number 5 to number 1.

🕤Time Stamps
0:35 - 5. Aliexpress
2:12 - 4. Ebay/Amazon
3:31 - 3. Apple Self Service
6:11 - 2. iFixit
7:48 - 1. Injured Gadgets

5️⃣ Aliexpress:
Aliexpress is a marketplace where you can purchase goods from China. You will be able to source parts from Aliexpress no matter where in the world you are ordering from. This could be great option for anyone living outside of the United States.
The issue with Ali is that you need to make sure the vendor/seller you are ordering from is what they say to be. There are hundreds of vendors and many of them will offer very cheap components that are poorly made. For that reason you will need to use due diligence when it comes to buying. Keep in mind that because the items are being shipped from China, it will generally take 2-4 weeks for items to reach your doorstep.

4️⃣ Ebay/Amazon:
Ebay/Amazon are great entry points in iPhone repairs. You are able to get parts at a very affordable rate, with items being able to be shipped to your doorstep in under 1 week. The nice part of eBay/Amazon is that sellers typically bundle in tools to do a repair.
These tools are not anything that spectacular but will certainly get the job done. For that reason if you have never done a repair before, don't own any tools and don't want to sink that much money in Amazon/Ebay are a great place to shop. Keep in mind Amazon and Ebay suffer from the same issue as Aliexpress in which you need to be mindful of which sellers you are buying from.

3️⃣ Apple:
Apple has a new program called their Self Service program in which you are able to order replacement parts directly from Apple. The only issue is that the parts are very high priced. For that reason I can't really recommend buying from Apple unless money is not a factor and you are willing to pay to get a replacement screen.

2️⃣iFixit:
When you order from iFixit many of the times they will offer bundled tools alongside the parts. For that reason, if you are doing your first repair and willing to spend a bit more for higher quality tools and parts, iFixit has you covered. With that said iFixit is still going to have a higher price tag than compared to their competitors. However, if you are working on your own electronics or a family/friend then iFixit is a solid choice to consider.

1️⃣ Injured Gadgets:
Injured Gadgets is a wholesaler that offers a wide range of different tiers when it comes to parts. Typically they will have 3-5 different screen options to choose from that range in performance that could be used for different scenarios.
With my experience doing business with Injured Gadgets has been great. But Injured Gadgets is more geared towards buying screens in bulk, you can buy individual screens, but you will need to pay shipping if your order total is under $100. But since they do offer an LCD buyback program you can occur store credit that could be used towards future repairs.
