In this video I have a look at a customer's 2015 Ford Escape that was towed in. The customer tried to change their own battery, but it took a turn for the worse when they tried to get the negative battery terminal off. In a previous video    • Ford Escape Battery Replacement   I showed you how I replace the battery in these vehicles and the comment section was filled with suggestions of removing the cowl instead of removing the air cleaner housing. I thought I'd use this opportunity to show you that method and discuss one of the pitfalls you may encounter along the way.
