‘Using Judicial Review to Promote Access to Justice for All’

This is an interview with CARIBONO member and Dominican attorney, Cara Shillingford. Despite having less than ten years at the bar, Shillingford has already won two cases before the CCJ, the highest court for Dominica and has been involved in other seminal public law cases from Dominica. She shares some of her experiences from the early days building her practice, her approach to lawyering and her advice for young lawyers interested in public law.
