When it comes to making a movie, directors and their crew do their best to get all the shots they want to bring to the editing phase of the production process. Yet moviegoers only get to see the end product.

But during the post-production phase, a lot of hard and painful decisions have to be made when it comes to what makes it into a movie and doesn’t. Sometimes, that involves omitting even great scenes in order to move the story forward. But we don't have to forget them totally. These are some of the greatest deleted scenes ever filmed.
