Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani has come in front of the camera for the first time. Described as one of Taliban's most secretive leaders, Haqqani made the appearance in Kabul on Saturday. Haqqani, also the deputy leader of Taliban, came in front of cameras at a police graduation ceremony in the Afghan capital. Haqqani has previously only been photographed from behind, even since the Taliban seized power last August. The United states has offered a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to Haqqani's arrest.
