When Craig Ferguson took over TLLS from Craig Kilborn, he didn't change things up immediately, but instead he changed it up throughout his years of hosting the show. He made it more "him" in each passing year. This video shows some of that process, but in the later years.

Almost everything you see in the studio, be it the horse, the robot, the props on his desk & the mantel piece, they all have stories, stories that essentially made the show - for the real fans.
