What Is the "Gray Rock" Method and why won't it work on borderlines and narcissists. Gray Rock method ONLY works when you do not have ANY attachment or agenda with borderline or narc. If you have any personal attachment to them, they will know it and use it against you. And remember that gray rocking is something narcs invented. You cannot win that battle unless you TRULY do not care about them in any way and have no anger or resentment. Otherwise gray rocking is most likely just a codependent excuse to stay connected to narc abuser. Do the one thing and heal
