Through various hypnotherapy sessions, some of her patients learned how to overcome depression. While some admitted they suffered more from anxiety due to the anticipation of constructive criticism.

Marisa Peer assigned them their own personal growth and development project where she conducted sessions on hypnotherapy for anxiety, and let them do their research. A lot of them wrote a proposal of rejection, where they talked about specific events in their lives where they felt rejected.

After they watched personal development videos and reconvened with Marisa Peer, and she taught them this one affirmation to repeat every day, “I am Enough.” This was the defining moment in their lives. When they started believing they were enough, they learned how to overcome anxiety.

Cheers to a stronger, more constructive you!
