Rui Bhapa Ingradient:
৮০০ গ্রাম রুই মাছ ( ১০ টুকরো ) / 800g Ruhu Fish ( 10 Pice )
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
ঠান্ডা জল / Cold Water
২ টি পাতলা করে কাটা লেবু / 2 ea Lemon Slice
৩ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 3 tsp Black Mustard
৩ চা চামচ হলুদ সরষে / 3 tsp Yellow Mustard
২ চা চামচ পোস্ত / 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
৫ টি কাচা লঙ্কা / 5 ea Green Chillies
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
২ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 2 tsp Mustard Oil
জল / Water
১৫০ মিলি টকদই / 150 ml Curd
৩০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 30 ml Mustard Oil
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
কাচা লঙ্কা এবং সরষের তেল / Green Chilli and Mustard Oil
রেখে দিন ২৫ মিনিট / Keep It For 25 Minute
