Download the Firmware update by connecting your controller/drone/phone and follow the onscreen instructions, or you can download from their website here:- https://www.dji.com/downloads/product...

Also:-
Step 1: Put the battery in the drone and turn the drone on.
Step 2: Connect phone to controller and open DJI Fly app.
Step 3: Connect Controller and drone
Step 4: Click on the 3 dots (upper right-hand corner) in the app and choose About
Step 5: Click on Aircraft Firmware (even if you have already your firmware updated to the last version).
Step 6: Follow the prompt message to update the battery
Repeat for each battery
