Today I’m going to show you how we are going to replace the roof on our 160-year-old rental property. We discovered that we had three layers of shingles on top of our roof that was leaking. It is not allowed to put more than two layers of shingles on any roof.

Today I’m going to show you how we went about replacing the roof on this old house.

This will be our first attempt at roofing, and we definitely learned a lot along the way. We are learning as we go and sharing as we learn on our const ruction journey.
