Welcome back to another episode of cook with me. It’s Friday, it’s date night, and it’s valentine’s day week, so let’s make something yummy in the kitchen.

My husband was missing home, so I wanted to surprise him with a bunch of traditional Taiwanese recipes. This week we are making Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup, Crispy Green Onion Pancakes, and Green Onion Pancake Beef Rolls. The beef was super tender and soft, and the soup was savory and rich! Also shared lots of tips on how to roll the perfect green onion pancake.
