Lighting and Sound by Soundstage:

The brief was to ensure the lighting and sound was consistent across the restaurant and allowing simple control via the Lutron lighting control system.

We programmed pre-set lighting scenes which automatically adjusts during the day for the various times of service, providing the correct amount of light for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch & Dinner.

The client expressed his requirement for the restaurant to be brightly lit in the morning for Breakfast service and adjustably subtly through the day to provide a warm dimming scene for Dinner.

To avoid the 'full house lights up' experience at the end of each evening, we programmed a slow fade up of light across a longer time frame, to gradually increase the lighting at the end of service.

We installed a Bowers & Wilkins sound system to provide high quality background music, with consistent volume coverage over the restaurant. To allow simple control we installed a Control 4 portable touch screen in the bar which allows the manager to adjust the volume and select the appropriate playlist.
