While the goal is always to have one transplant for life, the reality can look different. That’s been the case for Kadin Hoven who, by the age of 7, had received two kidney transplants – and two rejections. But thanks to the kindness of a family friend, Kadin found his third perfect match three years later and is now a thriving teenager whose family is incredibly grateful.
