Minimalism has been a great tool to rid ourselves of life's excess physically, but what are the proven ways to do this mentally? This video shows you how.

Minimalism is a tool that can assist you in finding freedom. Freedom from fear. Freedom from worry. Freedom from overwhelm. Freedom from guilt. Freedom from depression. Freedom from the trappings of the consumer culture we’ve built our lives around. Real freedom.

Given all of the recent reports of alarming trends of increasing depression rates, feelings of disconnectedness, disengagement and ballooning levels of stress, many people have turned to a tool called "minimalism" as a way to live more with less and to find some relief.

Minimalism has been defined as a tool to rid yourself of life’s excess in favor of focusing on what’s important – so you can find happiness, fulfillment and freedom.

The act of living minimally has shown to eliminate discontent, reclaim time, live in the moment and rid our physical spaces of excess stuff.

While we have made strides and bounds to rethink our physical spaces through this process by identifying objects are not fulfilling our needs with the tool of minimalism, we have yet to evolve our approach to thoughts that are unneeded in our minds.

Most are unaware that these thoughts and a lack of understanding of the mechanics of the mind is the true source of this underlying discontent, suffering and emptiness many of us feel.

While we can simply remove, sell off or throw away physical objects that don't add value to our lives, the problem lies in trying to do the same with the thoughts that add no value in our minds. Where do you throw them?

The reality is, you can't stop those from coming into your mind and this is where we're often stuck as humans.

This predicament why the time is now to evolve our look at minimalism to an even more intentional approach to a philosophy called mental minimalism.

In this video you will learn the definition of mental minimalism and three proven mental templates that will immediately reduce mental clutter, ditch the drama and add clarity to your life.

This clarity will lead to action that can change your life.

So bring your mind, as messy as it seems.

Mental minimalism reveals the peace, happiness, innovation, creativity and fulfillment that is always available to us, once the drama is gone.
