Model 3 with firmware 2020.32.x (.3 in my case) will automatically close my windows upon locking the car. I chose to perform the walk-away lock mode to trigger it and it's great! It also will notify you via text if you don't have it locked (doors or trunk/frunk) nor windows closed (if doors are closed at that point but not the windows), after 10 minutes. Pretty cool :)
