On Apr 26, 2024, lawyer and scholar Noura Erakat and a former senior official at the US Department of State, Josh Paul, join Marc Lamont Hill on Al Jazeera's 'UpFront' to discuss a new report that shows the Biden Administration may have acted in violation of international law, and its own regulations by providing weapons that may be used in war crimes. Erakat and Paul are the authors of that report.

The United States just approved roughly $15 billion in military aid to Israel. Meanwhile, since October 7, 2023, Israel has killed more than 34,000 Palestinians, a majority of whom are women and children. At least 10,000 more people are under the rubble, and more than 77,000 are hurt without a means of proper treatment.
