How empowerment for women first starts with loving yourself and trusting your core and how we're trying to help teen girls do that with paddle boarding and snowboarding programs in Girls on Boards. Embodying empowerment experiences are much more powerful than telling someone they can do anything when they feel it, they KNOW it. Founder of Girls on Boards, a non-profit recreation empowerment company offering body-positive paddle boarding, snowboarding and now skateboarding experiences to young women with a mission to help them find their balance, trust their core and feel their own power.
