The HVAC Air Trap™ waterless trap allows liquid condensate to drain from the HVAC equipment while simultaneously preventing air from entering or escaping from the equipment. The compact design and simplicity of the FCN-Series allow for no-effort retrofitting of existing or new HVAC installs. When condensate IS NOT present, the ball sets tightly against the seat. When condensate IS present, water pressure moves the ball away from the seat. Research and analysis conclude that when operating, cooling equipment leaks on average 15 CFM per P-Trap 40% of the time. In arid areas it is nearly 100%. In the U.S. alone, that amounts to an estimated $ 4,000,000,000 annually. Compact Residential / Lite Commercial for Use as Negative Trap
