We know--it's not easy to think or talk about, but it's so so important.  As we think of our loved ones getting older, or we get older ourselves, it's wise to understand what happens when we're facing "the end."  This week, we talk with clinical social worker Sam Adams-Berger, an expert in end-of-life care and a darn cool human being.  From her days in Chicago volunteering for the Chicago AIDS project, to working as a young mom in Denver doing hospice care, Sam has been blessed to hold vigil with hundreds of people as they die. Sam gives us insight into the world of hospice, and how having important conversations about your end of life wishes is one of the most important things you can do for those you love.
