According to recent studies, there is still a significant digital divide between developed and developing countries, with women and marginalized communities being disproportionately affected. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) estimates that nearly half of the world's population still lacks access to the internet, and that women are disproportionately affected, with an estimated 34% fewer women than men being online.

In her keynote presentation, Lady Marieme Jamme will address these issues and highlight the importance of promoting digital literacy and access to technology for women and marginalized communities. She will also share her insights and experiences as a technology and social entrepreneur, and discuss the innovative solutions and initiatives that she is leading to bridge the digital divide and empower women in the technology sector.

This presentation will illustrate the current state of technology and digital access for women and marginalized communities, and will provide a vision for a future where technology and innovation are leveraged as a means of promoting equality and empowerment for all.
