Solar production if panels are fully covered with snow - will they output power or nothing?

At the end of a day my whole 42.86 kW of solar panels installed managed to output 3.5 kWh of power being fully covered with snow. That was on February 10-th, so bear in mind low sun, and short day as well.

Some useful links:
1. to the blue wind grid-tie inverter (it has adjustable power curve!! those who understand - will know what a great thing this is): https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DCx...
2. to the similar wind turbine SL3000, it will in reality be the 1.5kW one with its 2.8 m windwheel: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DDQ...
if you want to go bigger turbine - that's even better, since on low winds it will have the better surface area and will produce more.
SL-4000 is 3.4 m in diameter - it's approx 2.2-2.5kW realistic power machine
SL-5000 is 3.7 m in diameter - it's approx 3 kW machine

NOTE: if going bigger than 2.2 kW of wind turbine power - you will have to mount one turbine onto two inverters, that is absolutely possible and is absolutely ok

3. weather station: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DBj...
Of course you may pick a bigger one, with 5 or with 7 sensors. I'm just giving you the link to what I have. The main thing - go with a WIFI version, then you will be able to build graphs and store data for 1 year (in free version, and unlimited in paid subscription).
