It's kinda hard to imagine a NASCAR Cup field without the Wood Brothers Racing team, but NASCAR 07 managed to do it. Here we have Ken Schrader's No. 21 Motorcraft entry for the Wood Brothers. This Motorcraft scheme is very similar to the one Ricky Rudd ran in 2005, so much so that I didn't even notice this was a 2006 car at first. The only thing that gave it away to me was the fact that this car is a Fusion, and Ford only started fielding those in 2006. But since the 2005 and 2006 cars are so similar, I was able to rip Rudd's number texture from Total Team Control and use it for this game.

Another interesting thing to note is that Schrader is the only driver with two unused schemes in this game: a Motorcraft one and a Little Debbie one. To be honest, I'm not sure if Motorcraft was even supposed to be the primary scheme (Motorcraft sponsored only nine races for Schrader in 2006, compared to 18 for Little Debbie). In the NASCAR.DB file, the Motorcraft scheme has the CTID value of 115, while Little Debbie's is 116. So who knows, really?

Also, the driver model at the end is Ricky Rudd's. For some reason, Ken Schrader doesn't have a unique driver model, despite almost every other Cup driver from Chase for the Cup to 07 getting one. I figured Rudd's model would be more appropriate than whatever generic one the game decided to give me.

Schrader's best finish in the Motorcraft car for 2006 was a 13th at Kansas in October, which is the second time now I've mentioned that race being a driver's best finish of the season (Kvapil's P19 there was the other). That was the one where Tony Stewart very slowly coasted across the finish line after running out of fuel. What a wild race that one was.
